During this past weekend, the third with perimeter closure of cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants in the Valencian Community, the National Police and the Civil Guard have imposed a total of 3,371 fines, 17 people have been arrested and a total of 1,907 vehicles.
By cities Alicante is the town where more actions have taken place with a total of 991 fines, 14 arrests and 325 rejections of vehicles; Valencia is further behind with 550 fines, 2 detainees and 392 rejections; Elx has had 409 fines and 229 rejections; and Benidorm 272 fines, 2 arrests and 392 rejections.
As for the figures, the Alicante Local Police has dissolved 20 parties in homes and three bottles this weekend, leaving 142 complaints for breaching the state of alarm.
Of the total number of interventions, 16 acts were imposed on people who did not comply with the perimeter closure, controlling a total of 1,400 vehicles that were intercepted in the morning at the checkpoints, and in the afternoon mobility decreased and 1,134 vehicles were stopped, doubling the sanctions with 36 complaints. At night, mobility was minimal, 32 vehicles were intercepted at checkpoints, without complaints, because the movements were justified.
