The forces of the order of Annecy (F) operated a big blow, a little by chance. On February 1, not far from the capital, a patrol calls out to a man in his twenties selling cigarettes on the sly. On him, the police discovered five cartridges and 585 euros in cash. In police custody, the individual confessed to engaging in illegal trade since 2009 using cartridges from Belarus, which he obtained at 50 euros, or half the price, notes “The Dauphiné liberated”. A search of the home of the mother of the arrested allowed the pandores to get their hands on 168 cartridges and 550 euros in cash. Five more cartridges and around 40 packages were seized from a hotel room.
