“New Photos of King Charles and Queen Camilla’s Coronation Day at Buckingham Palace”

Buckingham Palace has shared two new photos of King Charles and Queen Camilla on their coronation day. The first photo shows the King with the heirs to the throne, Prince William and Prince George and the second shows Charles, Camilla with his companions and the pages, including Prince George. One of the attendants is Annabel, Camilla’s sister.

The first photo was taken in the Throne Room of Buckingham Palace. Charles wears the crown, coronation dressing gown and all accessories. He sits on one of the thrones made for the coronation of King Edward.

The second photo was taken in the same room, where the royal couple pose with eight pages and attendants. One of the pages is Prince George, who also played a part in Charles’ coronation and joined the procession. Charles again wears the crown of state and the coronation mantle, Camilla wears Queen Mary’s crown and her coronation mantle.
