Ulli Sima: The “new one” in Hebein’s department
It was by no means her wish to take over the transport and urban planning department, according to Ulli Sima. In essence, she takes over the ministry of the Greens Birgit Hebein and is supposed to prove there that you don’t need Greens in Vienna to make green politics. That fits very well because she liked to compete with Hebein even before the election on climate policy.
