Nintendo Indie World: dates for Super Meat Boy Forever and Cyber ​​Shadow, release of Grindstone and Spelunky 1 and 2 announced on Switch

To end the year well, Nintendo broadcast a Indie World serving once again to highlight upcoming independent productions on Switch today or in the coming months. Sadly, Hollow Knight: Silksong didn’t show up, but other equally interesting games have been talked about, including Among Us which was finally announced on the console ! Other major announcements include the arrival in summer 2021 of Spelunky and Spelunky 2, a release date for Cyber Shadow, the arrival of Super Meat Boy Forever the same day as its release on PC as a console exclusive and the revelation of a certain Tunche from Peru.

You can find all the games in the presentation, supporting videos and descriptions, below and on the next page. Once again, exclusives are scarce. The Switch is for its part sold 339 € in bundle with Animal Crossing: New Horizon, if you ever want to make a nice gift for Christmas.

Spelunky by Mossmouth and BlitWorks (Summer 2021 on Switch / available on PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Xbox 360 and PC)

The world of Spelunky 2 is even denser than its predecessor, and has more areas, characters, traps, and items to interact with (and themselves interact with each other). Fisti-Fluffs by Playfellow Studio (early 2021 on Switch and January 2021 on PC)

In the absence of humans, cats are bored – and you know what that means? It’s time for a fight! Leap, spit, scratch and bite all your opponents to prove that your snarling cat is the king of cats.

Fisti-Fluffs is an adorable (and ridiculous, yes) physics-based game where you fight with other cats and destroy your surroundings in wacky and frenzied battles. You can of course play alone, but the game is even more fun with friends. So, pull out your claws and get ready for some feline carnage.

Very-Very Valet by Toyful Games (early 2021 on Switch)

1 to 4 players control a team of jumping jacks and must work together to overcome all the obstacles that will stand in their way. Tunche by LEAP Games Studios (March 2021 on Switch, Xbox One and PC, on PS4 at an undetermined date)

Cyber Shadow by Mechanical Head (January 26, 2021 on Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC)

The world lives under the yoke of synthetic life forms. Calico by Whitethorn Digital (available now on Switch, Xbox One, and PC)

Calico is a community building simulation in which you must rebuild the local cat cafe and fill it with adorable creatures. For this you have to travel to a small village populated by magical maidens and other fantastic creatures, where you find yourself given the task of relaunching a derelict cafe. Upgrade your cafe by installing furniture and decorations, serving up pastries, and welcoming as many animals as possible!

The Gnosia lie. Impersonating humans, they will kill every person who crosses their path … until they eradicate humanity from the universe.
