Apart from the release of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury last week, you found that there was not much stir in the Nintendo world for some time? Someone has probably heard you in Japan, since the Japanese firm will broadcast a Nintendo Direct presentation this Wednesday at 5 p.m. Quebec time.
According to Nintendo, the broadcast should last about fifty minutes and focus both on “games already available” such as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and titles “coming to the Switch in the first half of 2021”.
Over the past few months, Nintendo has often gone for shorter presentations, so this will be the first Nintendo Direct of almost an hour in quite a while.
So what could the Japanese giant say that is good? For now, among the major Nintendo releases to come by July, we find Monster Hunter Rise in March and New Pokémon Snap in April. We can therefore expect a little content on this side.
Otherwise, the company could still announce the surprise release of big guns like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 or Metroid Prime 4… however, we doubt it a lot.
In short, to unravel the mysteries of this new Nintendo Direct, there will be an appointment this Wednesday February 17 on YouTube. One thing is certain, we’ll be there!
