Study participants who did simple 1-2 minute exercise three times a day showed a marked reduction in the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and cancer by almost 50%.

According to the lead author of the scientific work, Prof. Emmanuel Stamatakis, it was enough for them to increase the pace while walking or to do chores with a little more energy. The specialist told the publication about this Nature Medicine.
