Hollywood star Jane Fonda is diagnosed with cancer.

She is already being treated and has tolerated it well so far, she wrote on Instagram.

The illness will not affect their political activism.
On Friday, the 84-year-old actress wrote on Instagram: “So my dear friends, I would like to share something personal with you. I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and started chemotherapy.”
Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is a highly treatable cancer, with 80 percent of people surviving. So she considers herself lucky.
She is also affiliated with health insurance and has access to the best doctors and treatments. Many Americans do not have access to the quality health care they receive, and that is not right.
Started chemotherapy six months ago
She started chemotherapy six months ago and is tolerating the treatment quite well, Jane Fonda continued in the relevant post.
Non-Hodgkin lymphoma is a less common cancer that arises in the lymphatic system – the vast network of vessels and glands in the body. Her chemotherapy will not affect her climate activism. The Oscar-winning actress made her debut in 1960 and is best known for her roles in films such as Barbarella, Nine to Five and On Golden Pond.
Fonda is also known as a political activist. As early as the 1960s, she spoke out loudly against the Vietnam War.
