Austria’s national ice hockey team has received an invitation to the Germany Cup for the first time. The ÖEHV selection will meet hosts Germany, Slovakia and Denmark at the tournament from November 10th to 13th in Krefeld and thus three established A-nations.
“This invitation is proof and a reward for our achievements over the past few years,” said team boss Roger Bader. “With Slovakia, Germany and Denmark, we meet number eight, nine and ten in the world rankings. These are extremely valuable games at the top level for us,” said the Swiss.
