Candidate Oh Seok-jun said, “I have never made false statements about my acquaintance with President Yoon Seok-yeol.”
Candidate Oh issued a statement today and reiterated, “During the personnel hearing, I told the truth about my acquaintance with the president.”
He added, “At the hearing, I answered honestly that I only met two or three times with the president for about four years and six months from around 2015 to July 2019, and among them, I remember meeting him twice at a cafe in Seocho-dong.”
Candidate Oh said, “Independence, neutrality and fairness are life-giving values for judges. I will do my best only for the trial while looking at the situation.”
