The Tanker Trackers website, which specializes in tanker tracking, said that the first two tankers will arrive in the coastal city of Tartus, on Friday, with one million and 400 thousand barrels on board.
The site added that the third tanker will cross the Suez Canal in Egypt later.
In roughly 24 hours from now, the first two out of three tankers shall arrive in Baniyas, Syria with ~1.4 million barrels of Iranian crude oil. Another ~300K barrels are in the Suez. Tankers have been instructed to wait for proof of payment first before completing delivery. #OOTT

It is noteworthy that three tankers arrived last April in the country, which suffers from a severe crisis in the availability of oil derivatives, and the Syrian government had anticipated this with promises that a “tangible breakthrough” in the crisis would be.
