– Farewell to the Sale, the Payernois will eat at Notre-Dame
After months of construction, the communal restaurant reopens on Wednesday under the name Brasserie Notre-Dame.
It is a reopening that many Payerne residents are waiting for. From this Wednesday, the communal pint reopens its doors under the leadership of Vitor Coelho. However, customers will no longer set foot in La Vente, but will discover the luminous universe of Brasserie Notre-Dame. Not enough to stress the 34-year-old boss, rather happy with preparations ahead of schedule, while his cook Maxime Arnold (29) refines his preparations. The team is completed by Florine Küng (34), spouse of Vitor, for administrative management.
“I dare to hope that the public will judge only after coming to test what we offer.”
