But now the Hollywood actor flexed his muscles in front of his approximately six million Instagram followers: With short clips of training sequences from the gym, Orlando showed his shredded body, the extremely defined body. The 44-year-old seems to be in top form right now!
But the words that the actor wrote about the videos spoke a completely different language. There Orlando commented: “When I was 19 I broke my back and they said I could never walk again.” He also put an emoji with casual sunglasses.
The fact that Orlando Bloom narrowly escaped paralysis as a teenager is something he has often spoken about in various interviews. At that time he had fallen from the third floor of a building and had crushed his spine in the fall. Doctors predicted lifelong ailments. He then had to wear a back brace, as he showed in more Instagram pictures a few weeks ago. “I’m thankful for my limbs every day,” he wrote.

The time after that shaped him to this day. With regular yoga and weightlifting he wants to stay fit and healthy in the future.
