As the reactivation of air transport expands, the number of complaints against airlines filed by users before the Superintendency of Transportation.
According to the control body, between September and October of the current year there has been a 55.4% increase in complaints and claims compared to 2019, as pointed out Time.
Those 1,635 complaints have been received by Supertransporte in the framework of the gradual recovery of air activity after the brake imposed by the pandemic of the COVID-19.

According to the auditor, 35.38% of the complaints correspond to inconsistencies in the itinerary, that is, in the times established for the flights. 32.2% of the complaints have to do with requests for reimbursement not attended.
The aforementioned media outlet indicates that 85.25% of the processes filed were presented by nine airlines and a travel agency (Despegar).
