Race Commentary
Michael Cormy lined up three starters in the Grand Prix de Trot de Lyon, fifth of this Monday in Parilly. Two of them formed the winning couple, the success going to the mare FLORINA OF VIETTE.
In a race respectively led by DISCO DES TAUREUX, CARLA GRIFF et OF LOVE OF MAGNY, FLORINE OF VITETTE progressed in the shelter, in the heart of the peloton. She was closing in on the final corner, following her training partner CHOUPETTE JALLERIE in its progress. These two mares stood out clearly in the home stretch, the younger surely dominating her elder to finish. Long pointed among the last, ELISKA BERRY finished quickly, in the middle to take 3rd place. From a distance, ELIXIR YOU RABUTIN, constant appearing behind the backs of the animators, and CORBON CUPID, who traced his course side rope, completed the winning combination of this quinté.
