The Ernakulam Poxo court remanded Roy Violet in hospital after assessing his health condition. The investigation team had questioned Roy in detail till noon along with Saiju Thankachan who surrendered in the morning at the Kochi Metro police station. Roy expressed physical discomfort before being brought in for a medical examination. He was later admitted to the Ernakulam General Hospital with high blood pressure.
According to the prosecution and the prosecution, the Ernakulam Poxo court judge remanded him in hospital after examining his condition. The court will consider the police custody application for Roy Violet after his discharge from the hospital.

According to the remand report, the vehicle that brought the girl and her mother from Kozhikode to Kochi should be found. Roy tried to seduce the minor girl. He picked up the child who had fallen to the ground and tried to hold him close to his body again. According to the remand report, Roy and Saiju were sexually assaulted by the third accused, Anjali Reema Dev.

Earlier, Kochi City Police Commission CH Nagaraju had said that there was accurate evidence against the accused. The police said that the accused should be questioned in detail in custody and further evidence should be taken.
Kochi police have registered a poxo case against Roy Vayalat and others on the complaint of a woman from Kozhikode and her 17-year-old daughter. The incident took place on October 20, 2021 at Hotel No. 18, owned by Roy Violet.
It is alleged that Roy Vayalat and his daughter were abducted by Roy Vayalat in the party hall of the hotel at around 10 pm, which was copied on a mobile phone by the second accused Saiju Thankachan and his friend Anjali Reema Dev. The FIR also states that the three accused threatened to publish the photo if the information was leaked. On January 31, the woman and her daughter lodged a complaint against the accused at the Fort Kochi station.
They also told the police that they were late to lodge a complaint due to fear. Under the supervision of Crime Branch ACP BG George, the team investigating the deaths of the case models is in charge.
