As for the removal of service businesses, the focus is on businesses that are regulated by specific laws. and is a business that foreigners regularly apply for permission, such as businesses that serve affiliated companies in the group, including targeted businesses that the government encourages investment

The service businesses that are proposed to be removed include: Telecommunication service business For a Type One Telecommunication Business License under the law on telecommunications business which is a license for telecommunication operators who do not have their own telecommunication network and is a business that is suitable for providing services freely, such as being a telephone service provider from China to lease telecommunication projects in Thailand To provide telephone service for Chinese customers who come to do business in Thailand, treasury center business according to the foreign exchange control law which is a business related to foreign exchange management for affiliated companies, software development services which is a juristic person registered in Thailand and operates the following businesses 1. Develop and provide analytics and linkage software to manage Big Data, Data Analytics, including Predictive Analytics. 2. Develop information security and cybersecurity software. 3. Develop software used to control or link high-tech devices. including business process management 4.Develop software used in supporting the manufacturing industry.

However, the business is in the process of being proposed to Mr. Jurin. This consideration is considered in the years 2019 and 2020. In the year 2021, the Department of Business Development is in the process of working with other relevant agencies. Consider removing other service businesses from the list of Appendix 3 more because of the law. Must consider unlocking every year
