Scottish and holder of an aeronautical engineering degree from the University of Glasgow, accountant Mark Reid currently serves as chief financial officer at UPC.
He will join the Proximus executive committee no later than May 2021. In the meantime, Katleen Vandeweyer will continue to act as interim CFO, a position she has held since Sandrine Dufour left on June 1. Ms Vandeweyer will continue her career with the operator as Deputy CFO.
Italian Antonietta Mastroianni has twenty years of experience in telecommunications groups in Italy (Vodafone and H3G), Switzerland (Swisscom and Sunrise Communications) and most recently at TDC (Denmark). Her arrival is expected in April at Proximus where she “will lead the IT transformation and simplification efforts as well as the digitization of the company”.
