Vladimir Putin will go to the Donbass “in due time”, the Kremlin said on Saturday, while the Russian president has not yet visited this area of eastern Ukraine which he annexed at the end of September, without however, his army does not fully control it.
“In due time, of course, (such a visit) will happen. It is a region of Russia,” Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters when asked about Mr. Putin’s possible upcoming trip to Donbass.
