Rafael Moneo is 83 years old. He is the first Spanish architect to receive the Pritzker Prize. He also works as a winegrower in Olmedo (Valladolid), with his own winery. As a young man he had the start of aspiring to be a philosopher and then he wanted to become a painter, but he ended up calculating structures and solving buildings that are (almost all) referents of the trade.
