The Navarrese rally driver Iñaki Irigoyen He died this Sunday when he participated in the XXXVIII Ascent to Urraki, in Azpeitia (Guipúzcoa), after leaving the road and colliding with a wall, according to sources from the Navarre Automobile Federation a Europa Press.

The deceased is the Navarrese pilot Iñaki Irigoyen, from 50 years, which represented Ignauto Sport at the controls of a Tracking RC 01 in the test. It so happens that Irigoyen was making his new single-seater debut in the race.

The event occurs only eight days after the Spanish co-pilot Laura Salvo He died at the age of 21 while competing in the Rally Vidreiro-Centro de Portugal, the fifth round of the Portuguese national championship, after a fatal accident that cost him his life after hitting another vehicle in the event.
