Rapid – St. Pölten canceled due to snowfall

The game between SK Rapid Wien and SKN St. Pölten has been canceled due to heavy snowfall. The Allianz Stadium area could not be cleared of snow in time.

Due to the poor field conditions, both teams actually did not want to play the 14th round match scheduled for 8.30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, but referee Rene Eisner spoke a word of power. Even Rapid managing director Christoph Peschek took part in clearing the snow from the playing field.
