Of the recall applies to the Waffle cake “Alönka with cream filling (61 percent), coated with a cocoa-based fat glaze”. The manufacturer is the Monolith group of companies based in Berghaim (North Rhine-Westphalia). A wholesaler who mainly imports Eastern European food and sells it in Germany.

Recall due to risk of cancer: Customers should return the affected cake

The manufacturer Monolith Süd GmbH advises customers in his Callback letterto return the affected waffle cake to the point of sale.
