(Relaxnews) – Deceased four years ago, the iconic musician returns from the dead through a clip never before revealed.

This video is a compilation of footage shot during rehearsals for Bowie’s “Earthling Tour” in 1997, filmed by Tim Pope in Hartford, Connecticut. We see the face of David Bowie, in the middle of his red period, on which is projected a video of his own face.

“Repetition ’97” is an extract from “ChangesNowBowie” which compiles nine unreleased tracks. The majority of these songs would have been recorded in 1996 in New York and were subsequently broadcast by the BBC on the occasion of the singer’s 50th birthday in January 1997. These nine tracks were to be released on Record Store Day on April 17, but its release was postponed, as was the date of the said event, to June 20. But the digital version will still be available on the 17th, adds the NME.

Last January Parlophone Records released “Is It Any Wonder”, an EP of recordings from the same period.
