Game news Resident Evil Village: the historic producer of the saga leaves Capcom

Resident Evil Village has been available since May 7, and as usual at the end of the project, a renewal is taking place. Today, we learn of the departure of a major figure from Capcom’s license.

Joined Capcom in 2008 as Senior Manager of Production before moving to Producer on Resident Evil Village, Peter Fabiano has announced his departure from Capcom. In his 13-year career in Japanese society, Peter Fabiano has notably worked on Ghost ‘n Goblins Resurrection,
Resident Evil 3 Remake and Resident Evil 2 Remake to name only the most recent. Titles all well received whose ratings went from 15 to 17 out of 20 in our columns. The producer announced his departure on Twitter, specifying in passing that he was leaving for Bungie, where he should put his skills at the service of the Destiny franchise.

Hard to write this at best, so I decided to keep it simple: Thank you to everyone at Capcom for allowing me to grow with you over the past 13 years. I appreciate it and will cherish the experience forever. Thank you ! (…) Thank you to everyone, inside and outside the studio, who have supported me over the years. I took a new role at Bungie and am working with great people as I continue my journey. “‘Eyes up guardian.”
