Theseother measures of local order are added to ensure order and security within the city:

1. All night establishments will have to be linked to a security front or care network to be able to articulate crime prevention efforts.

2. Parks, squares or environmental corridors will have restricted hours. According to the mayor, this is a measure that has already been applied and will be resumed. Beginning April 11, these spaces will close at 10 p.m. and reopen at 4 a.m. the following day. The mayor clarified that in some of these public spaces you can walk, but not stay. In addition, the consumption of liquor, music and/or excessive noise and other “behavior contrary to coexistence” will be prohibited.

3. Strengthen controls on certain establishments who use the trade name of clubs or union organizations to provide services that do not respond to their nature because they sell drugs or alcohol.

4. Motorcyclists must have the plate number visible on the helmet. This is a measure that already exists, but will be expanded 24/7. According to the mayor, this prevents terrorists or criminals from committing crimes using motorcycles.
