Roy Keane doesn’t like Chelsea, but likes this one player


Roy Keane, football pundit who is also a former Manchester United player has not liked Chelsea for a long time. But, he was quite fond of Mason Mount.

Football pundits, Roy Keane asked about the Chelsea vs Manchester United match. He replied curtly that for him Manchester United were not seen as title contenders and Chelsea were not the team to like.

“From the first, from me playing on the field, I don’t like Chelsea,” he said as quoted from Sky Sports.

Even so, Roy Keane admitted there was one player at Chelsea who stole his attention. He is Mason Mount.

“I like this young player. Mason Mount has potential,” explained Keane.

“He has a good touch and mature assists. Not surprisingly, he always gets a place in Chelsea’s main squad because he can be trusted,” he added.

Mason Mount it has always been the manager’s first choice Chelsea, both in the era of Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel. The 22-year-old player has made 25 appearances in the Premier League with four goals and four assists.

“He’s a top player candidate,” concluded Roy Keane.
