As he took to the media to make controversial allegations of voter fraud, the former Big Apple strongman faced an awkward, if not unpleasant, situation.
As he poured out his bile on the democratic process, black liquid, presumably hair dye, could be seen running down part of his face.
The filmed scene amused some Internet users who are not deprived of making fun of the 76-year-old troublemaker.
Recall that the Trump camp, foremost among which is the ineffable Rudy Giuliani, continues to challenge the results of the US presidential election on November 3. According to US media, Democrat Joe Biden is the elected president with 306 voters versus 232 voters for outgoing President Donald Trump, who has since refused to concede victory to Biden.

On Thursday, Rudy Giuliani brewed several conspiratorial theories, accusing Venezuela or the philanthropist George Soros of having participated in an organized fraud, according to him.
Rudy Giuliani was mayor of New York from 1994 to 2001. The end of his reign was notably marked by the attacks of September 11, 2001, which notably targeted the World Trade Center, in the heart of Manhattan.
