Indeed, a memorandum of understanding within the framework of the “Smart Territory” project was signed between the town hall of Saint-Louis and the State IT Agency (Adie). The director of Adie in the company of the mayor of Saint-Louis, Mansour Faye and local authorities visited the sites of the national Smart Senegal program in Saint-Louis.
Mansour Faye, who appreciated the Smart Senegal program, said at the end of the visit: “We are going to work in perfect intelligence so that the objectives sought from the Senegal service area can be achieved.”
