Our opinion: FANTASIA DE LIGNY (6)
Delayed by a big mistake at the start of the race in the Prix d’Amboise, this quality mare then finished honorably. She is worth such a prize and would only have to jump on the right leg to play a leading role.
Disputed last Friday, on this same course, the Prix d’Amboise must imperatively be dissected in order to establish a sound prognosis. Quickly at fault that day, Fantasia de Ligny (6) then finished honorably, while Flamme Vive (7) won with authority. If she sets off on the right foot this time, there is no doubt that Yannick Henry’s protege can take revenge on that of Franck Leblanc. Between them, we will insert the euphoric Flower Ball (9), convincing winner on the occasion of her last two attempts. As usual, Jean-Michel Bazire will know how to get the most out of it. Performing when it is fresh, Fine Colline (8) has proven on numerous occasions that it is capable of competing in such a company. Consistent as desired since May, Farah des Caux (10) is playing right in his category and should still be fighting for places. Fine Perle of Love (1), Flower by Magalou (12) and Fasty du Luot (2) do not have a huge margin in this category and will have to rely on a fluid course to grab a place.
