SEOUL, Jan.17 (Yonhap) – Samsung Electronics Co. hopes to boost sales of its smartphones with its latest flagship series, the Galaxy S21, which incorporates improved cameras and flawless digital experiences at a good price, said the head of its mobile business, this Sunday.
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S21 family at an online event on Friday: the entry-level S21, the mid-tier S21 + and the high-end S21 Ultra.
Of the three models, the top-end S21 Ultra is compatible with the S-Pen stylus, which was previously only used for Galaxy Note tablets. Although the S-Pen will be sold separately, this is the first time that Samsung has included stylus functions, from drawing to taking notes, in its Galaxy S series.
Samsung said the S21 Ultra boasts its smartest and brightest display, with a quad rear camera setup, a dual telephoto system, and 4K resolution video capabilities.

The Galaxy S21 will go on sale for 999,900 won ($ 910) in the local market, making it Samsung’s cheapest flagship 5G smartphone.
