The mind beautifies a person – says popular wisdom, but in modern conditions we have witnessed the emergence of bad habits that negatively affect our brain. What should we avoid? In this article, we highlight seven habits that harm the human brain and affect its ability and function. Some of them can cause neurodegenerative diseases.

1. Lack of sleep can cause dementia!

One of the most common habits that negatively affect the brain is not getting enough sleep. One study found that sleep deprivation is a risk factor for cognitive impairment and the development of a disease such as Alzheimer’s.
