It is a mysterious disappearance that has crystallized France for more than three weeks. Delphine Jubillar, a 33-year-old nurse, has not been found since the night of December 15 to 16 in Tarn (France). That day, this mother left her house in Cagnac-les-Mines between 11 p.m. and 4:30 a.m., leaving her two children, aged 18 months and six years with her husband.
This one, with whom she was in the process of divorce, is the one who reported the disappearance, after realizing it in the early morning. The dogs then returned alone to the family home. Since then, important research is carried out in the commune of Cagnac-les-Mines, without giving results.
The authorities have decided to return this Tuesday afternoon to the home of the Jubillar couple, in order to carry out further research. Gendarmes from the criminal investigation unit carried out a search operation on land below the Jubillar house, across the street, in the town of Cagnac-les-Mines, a former mining town of 3,000 inhabitants located near Albi. They are looking for a possible jewel or another object that could constitute a clue, according to a source close to the investigation.
Investigators favor the criminal track. A judicial investigation for “kidnapping, detention or sequestration” has been opened.
Cédric Jubillar, the husband of the nurse and father of their two children, aged 6 and a year and a half, “is acting as a civil party for himself and the minor children”, has also specified his lawyer Me Jean-Baptiste Alary. “This is the only way to know the evolution of the procedure, the biggest difficulty shared by relatives is that we do not know anything, it is terrible not to know anything”.
This announcement of the constitution of civil party comes a few hours after that of a group of relatives, two cousins and three friends of Delphine Jubillar. “They are part of the first circle, they are very shocked by this disappearance, which they consider inexplicable”, told AFP Me Philippe Pressecq.
