The Public Authority for Roads and Bridges of the Ministry of Transport published pictures showing the difference made by the ring road expansion project, in solving overcrowding and congestion, after the completion of the first phase of the development of the ring road.
The image shows the Autostrad Bridge, in 2020, and another image in July 2021, to illustrate the great difference that occurred in the project and the impact of the expansion on traffic on the ring road around Greater Cairo.
The ring road appeared beautifully after the completion of the first phase of development and expansion work, and the seventh day publishes pictures showing what was implemented on the ring road with a length of 76 km, which is the length of the first stage.
The Ministry of Transport announced the completion of the works of expanding the ring road, the first phase, and it includes the distance from Mariouteya / Munib / Autostrad / New Cairo / Salam / Mostorod / Alexandria Agricultural and the distance from Mansourieh intersection / Fayoum Road / Wahat Road intersection with a total length of 76 km.
