[ロンドン 9日 ロイター] – Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zakharova warned on Monday that the plan to impose a price cap on Russian oil agreed by the Group of Seven (G7) countries would fail and ultimately destabilize the United States and its allies.
Zakharova said Western countries do not understand how the cap will ultimately affect them. “Capping the price of Russia’s energy resources would destabilize the country on its feet,” he said.
Speaker of the House of Commons Borozin said he believed the Western plan had failed and that oil prices would be well above the ceiling.
“What G7 officials call the ‘top’ of the price will be the ‘bottom.’
