Struggling with health problems, Charlotte Cardin finally had to resolve to postpone the four sold-out concerts she was to give at the Imperial Bell in Quebec this week.
After first announcing the postponement of the concert which was scheduled for Wednesday, the star singer, winner of four Juno awards at the end of last week, announced on social networks, Thursday afternoon, that the other dates of the week are also postponed.
She did not specify the nature of her health problems.
“It’s very difficult for me to make such a decision, but according to my doctor’s recommendations, I absolutely must rest this week so as not to worsen my condition. I’m sorry about this situation, but I always want to give you good shows and I wouldn’t be physically capable of it right now.”
The May 18 concert has been postponed to November 21. Ticket holders for this date will be reimbursed and will have access to an exclusive presale.
As for the other three concerts, they are transferred respectively from May 19 to November 20, from May 20 to November 18 and from May 21 to November 19.
All tickets will be honored and refunds are possible.
