It is an unknown epidemic: IBD, or chronic inflammatory bowel disease, affects one in 200 people in Switzerland and the curve has been growing for decades. To better care for the growing number of patients, doctors and specialist nurses have just created an outpatient center at the Hôpital de La Tour.
