Giharto said that his residents bought new cars after receiving the proceeds from the sale of land from grass root refinery (GRR) an oil refinery involving Pertamina-Rosneft, a company from Russia.
Pertamina, said Giharto, valued land at Rp. 600,000 to Rp. 800,000 per meter, this price is much higher than the price of land in general in this region.
Ginarto explained that in his village there were 840 heads of families (KK), while the land for sale was due to the determination of the location (penlok) for the oil refinery there were about 255 families.
From the sales proceeds, he continued, if averaged up to Rp. 8 billion.
In fact, he continued, some residents who own 4 hectares of land received Rp. 26 billion. There are also residents of the city of Surabaya who own land here who get Rp. 38 billion.
“Yes, the conditions are like that, I get money and buy a car, some people buy more land and build houses too,” he said.
After the disbursement, the residents bought cars for their daily needs.
In fact, one person has 2 to 3 new cars.
“Until now, there have been about 176 new cars that have arrived, most recently there were 17 new cars,” he said.
