Mr. Perterer, it may be meant in a friendly way if you want to reassure us about the new coalition “Why Salzburg won’t become Lower Austria” (SN, May 27). Only the basis of your appeasement seems rather questionable to me. They take the Lower Austrian government program to the measure to determine that the Salzburg program is not so bad after all. That means comparing terror to terror.
In terms of socio-political, environmental, socio-political and security policy, the Salzburg government agreement offers some cause for concern. This program follows a blueprint of society I don’t want to live in. From a serious medium like the SN I expect analysis and not reassurance and trivialization.
