An Infrabel team was dispatched to the scene to carry out the necessary technical checks and determine whether there is significant damage to the level crossing.
Traffic is therefore immobilized in both directions between Liège and Rivage. “We expect disturbances lasting several hours and a possible return to normal in the course of the afternoon”, specifies Mr. Sacré.
