Stephen King turns 75: The editors’ favorite novels

Stephen King has scared hundreds of millions of people for decades: the author, who will be 75 on September 21, is also known as the “King of Horrors”. His work fills bookshelves: 40 novels, over 100 short stories, novellas, screenplays, poems, King wrote essays, columns and non-fiction books.

But what should one read? The “Presse” editorial team has compiled nine favorite works. Here are the tips in chronological order. The following applies to them: The book is better than a film adaptation.
