This Saturday, September 23 around 1:30 a.m., a resident of Kaperberg in Eupen heard suspicious noises, reports the Vesdre-Gueule police zone. In the morning, he discovered a road signpost in his garden complete with concrete base and traffic signs still on it. It comes from the intersection of Rue Schönefelder and Rue Kaperberg, where it was intentionally torn down, and will be returned to its place by the municipal services.
