How to change the Instagram icon step by step

If you are determined to try the new look it will have Instagram on your Android or iOS smartphone, here is what you should do:

• Go to your Instagram profile
• Press the 3-line button in the upper right corner to display the menu.
• Once inside, press on Settings and slide down until a series of emojis appear and the screen that says “App icon” opens.
• There you can choose between the 13 available options.
• Then Instagram will ask you if you want to confirm the change.
• In some cases, the smartphone must be restarted for the cache to make the modification and enjoy the new icon. And it is important to know that your app it has to be updated in its latest version, 162.0 on iOS and 162.0.0.42.125 on Android.
