Despicable, disgusting, repulsive. Adjectives abound to describe the deviant and unworthy behavior of Jean, the one who was supposed to be a good father. But instead he became the tormentor of his own teenage daughter. From the age of 14 and moving in with her dad, the latter was the victim of sexual violence.
He took her for one of his ex-girlfriends
Several episodes of rape were denounced by the young victim. There were scenes at Christmas 2014, or during the end-of-year celebrations two years later. One evening, Jean confirms having found himself in the same bed as his daughter. “He was completely drunk and he claims to have confused his daughter with one of his ex-girlfriends” underlines Me Fosseur, the lawyer of the now adult young woman.
During her long ordeal, the latter even had to face an unwanted pregnancy caused by the repeated rapes of her executioner, who wanted to force his daughter to keep the child. This Monday afternoon, Jean was supposed to be present before the criminal court to defend himself. But the rapist never came. Default was therefore sought against him. “He confirmed during his hearings little kisses on his daughter’s mouth or that if something had happened, it was because of the alcohol” relates the civil party on the basis of comments made by Jean.
25,000 euros are claimed as compensation against the dad. For the prosecution, the despicable behavior of Jean must be punished by a minimum sentence of 6 years in prison. The particular seriousness of the facts, but also the length of the offending period and the feeling of impunity which animated the executioner justify the height of the indictment of the substitute Bury.
