Denis Voeux, who produces his own olive oil in Séguret to the south of the AOP Nyons, combining green and black fruitiness, offers the annual selection of his favorites there. He goes to his neighbors in Haute Provence (Domaine Salvator), Ardèche (the magnanery), Vallée des Baux (mill la Cravenco) without forgetting Nîmes (mill of Villevieille), Aix (château de Calissanne), Nice or Corsica. He also sells tapenades, jams, honey and almond crunchies, as well as beauty products and olive oil-based soap. Comparative tasting on site.
