The Be brothers went home after testing positive for COVID-19 at the World Cup in the Czech Republic. It was originally planned that the Norwegians would fly to the next stage of the World Cup along with all the biathletes on a charter flight.
Norway manager Per-Arne Botnan said plans have changed.
“Now they are flying home on a scheduled flight from Prague and will be preparing for the final competitions of the season in Östersund and Holmenkollen on home soil. They won’t compete until Sunday,” Botnan said.
The eighth stage of the Biathlon World Cup in Östersund, Sweden starts on Thursday, March 9.
