the brand offers a whole new experience that will change the lives of its customers!

According to Jo Willemyns, in charge of the food stores of the Colruyt group, there is still room to invest in the store network in Belgium, France and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In Belgium, big cities like Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Liège are in the sights of Hal’s group.

“We have historically had a lower market share there and we want to absorb this quickly”, aims Jo Willemyns.

Colruyt also points out that its “Collect&Go” service, which allows a customer to buy their groceries online and pick them up at a collection point in the store, works very well in rural and peri-urban areas. But the brand wants to go a step further and deliver to homes, in Brussels and Antwerp as a first step. Colruyt will communicate more about this next week.
