The car finds a surprise ally to avoid fines for emissions



The new CO2 emission limit imposed by the European Union is causing a headache for car manufacturers. Proof of this is that just a large automotive group, the French consortium PSA, for now complies with the Brussels imposition, which requires brands that the vehicles they manufacture do not exceed on average a certain limit in 2020.

PSA, parent company of Peugeot, Opel, Citroën and DS and the main vehicle manufacturer in Spain, is the only one that, with data up to August, managed to achieve its goal.
