As we have seen over the past year, the crisis has profoundly changed the recruitment of young graduates in the private sector. And she should continue to do so. In an attempt to measure the ongoing upheaval, PageGroup, the HR Lab and Job Teaser conducted a survey, which Le Figaro was able to consult with 11,000 European students and young graduates and around fifty HRDs. The results are amazing.

First lesson: employers will have to learn to welcome into a company a generation, already preoccupied by ecological and societal issues, which is hit hard by the pandemic when it starts its professional life. “Companies continue to hire on the basis of CV, diploma, internship, that is to say in a certain linearity, but they can put some of the young people in difficulty if they do not change their approach”, observes Marlène Ribeiro, Executive Director of PageGroup.
