The Financial and Expansion Director of the Correos Group, Roberto Ducay, has resigned after June 11 mistakenly sent a WhatsApp message to the Spanish Association of Directors (AED), in which he allegedly boasted of having contracted the services of a prostitute at a lower price than the one originally requested.
The Correos Group noted that Ducay was expelled from AED on June 12, the day after sending that message. However, the public company claims not to have known what happened until late on Monday. Ducay resigned yesterday morning and “is already out of the company”, Correos assured, who announced who will replace Ducay as his representative in the AED. The position will be filled by Julio González, general secretary of the company.
